GemTrue Multi Plus Diamond Tester
The GemTrue Multi Plus is an excellent value for money diamond tester that is able to distinguish diamonds from moissanite**. An extremely accurate diamond tester pen, this tester makes sure that you’ll source out real diamonds and moissanite. Besides testing for diamonds and moissanite, this diamond tester is also able to recognize rubies or sapphires***. This means that you’ll be able to use this tester to recognise a ruby or sapphire. The GemTrue Plus is an easy to use Diamond tester pen which makes it a perfect tool for hobbyists, beginner jewelers, and trained gemmologists alike.
*Must be used as per the instructions!
** Please note that this tester is not for testing CVD/HPHT (man made synthetic diamonds). Its main purpose if for only for distinguishing from real natural Diamonds and Moissanite.
*** Please note that this tester will test only for real Rubies or Sapphires. It will not distinguish between the two. This additional function is meant to help as guide to point out genuine Rubies or Sapphires when testing Diamond or Moissanite. For example you may have a genuine Rubie or Sapphire mixed in with other stones then it will illuminate red with no sound to indicate that this is NOT a Diamond or Moissanite and possibly a Ruby or Sapphire. It will not tell the difference from synthetic to real rubies or sapphires.
